Features: • Unique alumina-silica, phosphate-bonded, plastic gunning product. • Excellent resistance to thermal shock from rapid heating or cooling furnace conditions. • High density, good strength to resist mechanical abuse, and low porosity. • Suited for continuous temperatures up to 2550°F (1371°C) with short temperature excursions to 2600°F (1427°C). • Dramatically lowers furnace downtime because it can be pneumatically gunned and requires no cure time. • Can be installed hot or cold.
